This research aims to conduct the best possible research study so that it can produce responsible statements or conclusions. So that it can provide contributions or ideas that are accurate and have theological meaning (general objectives) and are understood (specifically by the author) regarding the Effectiveness of Church Services for the Elderly. The benefit, of the research, namely, the general benefit, is that the results of this research are expected to provide broad guidance to ministers to pay more attention to the congregation, especially the elderly. The research method used in this writing is a type of literature study, the type of approach used is a theological approach and an exegetical approach. The results of this research show that: in order to provide a correct understanding or understanding of the effectiveness of church services for the elderly. Research results: with the increasing rate of population development, the number of elderly people is increasing, therefore the church needs to improve services for the elderly. The conclusion of this research is: as a church minister you must pay more attention to the congregation, especially those who are elderly because the church is God's representative.
