The aim of this research is to analyze the importance of the congregation having unity in church and its real implementation in life, as well as providing an understanding to the congregation of how important it is to have a spiritual mindset to eliminate divisions. To get a complete explanation, the author uses normative research methods or literature study. The approach used is a theological and exegetical approach. Based on this research, it is concluded that leaders or servants of God must show their role and ways to change various wrong thought patterns or mindsets so that they are in line with God's will and so that the congregation understands unity as members of the body of Christ, namely that they must not be divided due to selfishness, worldview, different positions.
